The internal dimensions are in the image gallery — measure your machine and compare. If you tell us what you carry day to day we will tell you honestly whether it works, including when it does not.
Does it hold its shape when it is empty?
Yes. Full-grain of this thickness is structured rather than floppy, and it firms up further as it settles into use.
What does the 10-year guarantee cover?
Cracking, splitting, delamination, stitching failure and hardware failure. If any of those happen, we replace it.
Not covered: patina, scratches or accidental damage. Those are not failures — they are use.
Where do bags usually fail?
At the strap anchors, the base corners and the seams — never the middle. Bonded leather delaminates at exactly those points because the glue holding its layers together is the weakest thing in it. Full-grain has no layers to separate.
How do I look after it?
Wipe it clean. Condition it twice a year. Do not leave it wet or in direct sun. That is the whole routine.
